Liability Release

I hereby assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries or losses that I, any member of my household, or my guests may sustain or incur while on or near the CCI Buffalo premises.

I hereby waive all claims against CCI Buffalo, its officers, or partners (individually or otherwise), for any and all injuries, claims or damages that I, any member of my household, or my guests may sustain.

Photo Release

I hereby grant CCI Buffalo, it’s officers and employees the right to take photographs and video of myself, members of my household, and my guests, along with our respective personal property in connection with any such CCI Buffalo activity or event. I agree that CCI Buffalo may use such photographs and video for any lawful purpose including (but not limit ed to) publicity, illustrations, advertising, and promotions.

Text Message Release

I hereby grant CCI Buffalo, it’s officers and employees the right to send text messages to the above-referenced phone number in order to inform me of upcoming CCI Buffalo events or other such communication. I understand and accept that I am responsible for all charges incurred by such text messages.
